Anglers told us that those other Beaver Style Baits were too hard, making it hard to get a good hook set. The body of those Baits are too short, you can't easily use a 5/0 Hook.
And those other Beaver Baits are loaded with salt; they just sink too quickly and lay flat on the bottom.

4.5" overall Length with a 30% larger body that accepts a 5/0 Hook
Wider Honeycomb Body Design slows the fall and creates an awesome Bubble Trail
Light Salt keeps this Bait soft, flexible, lively and bouyant!
It will stand-up off the bottom with a light weight!
The Softer body material is durable, but allows for an easier Hook Set

Why Bugtussle?

Keeping with the Jethro Baits name, the Bugtussle is named after the imaginary home town of the Beverly Hillbillies. Bugtussle would be where Jed was "shootin' at some food, and up from the ground came a bublin' crude". Then that crude was refined into Plastisol to make the Jethro Baits Bugtussle.
